Terms and conditions

Reservations at THE MANDANA are normally made six month to three months in advance due to most International and domestic flights to Bali and Lombok are fully booked two to three months prior to planned arrival dates. Therefore we have little chance to re-sell cancelled accommodation and must treat cancelled bookings as unrecoverable.

 

Rates

 

On this site, all the rates are detailed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), included taxes applicable on the date of the booking. Any changes or new legal or regulatory taxes introduced or imposed by the relevant authorities, will automatically reflected in the prices indicated at the time of billing.

 

 

How to do the payment

 

Offline Payment

 

All the payments have to be done in advanced in order to confirm your reservation request. If you choose offline payment, you have to do a bank transfer or use the Transferwise platform.

All the bank transfers or Transferwise operations are subject to a transfer fee. This fee is responsability of the customers. THE MANDANA must receive the full amount requested in the detailed currency in order to confirm the reservation. THE MANDANA will hold dates for confirmation of payment for a period of 72 hours. After this period without receive the payment, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

 

Payment by Credit Card

 

Bookings made payed with Credit Card can be charged in full at any time after 24 hours THE MANDANA receives the reservation.

 

Last minute reservations payment by cash or card

 

Last minute reservation will be paid at Check-In time by cash or credit card. The booking will be registered with credit card details to reservation. No-show, late arrivals or cancellations will be charged with the 100% of the invoice. Credit card payments on site are subject to a 3% extra charge of the total amount.

 

 

Cancellation policies

 

Arrangements to your reservation or cancellations must be made by email to themandanagiliair@gmail.com. We do not accept cancellations, neither amendments to reservations, by phone or text message. Thank you for your kind understanding.

 

Low-Season Reservations

 

Reservations must be cancelled at the latest 14 days prior to the date of arrival, before 3 pm local time, for all room types.

For cancellations made later than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, we reserve the right to charge guests for the full duration of the stay, including all applicable taxes and service charges.

 

High-Season Reservations

 

Reservations must be cancelled at the latest 30 days prior to the date of arrival, before 3 pm local time, for all room types.

For cancellations made later than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, we reserve the right to charge guests for the full duration of the stay, including all applicable taxes and service charges.

 

Peak-Season Reservations

 

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Reservations must be cancelled at the latest 45 days prior to the date of arrival, before 3 pm local time, for all room types.

For cancellations made later than 45 days prior to the date of arrival, no-shows, or early departures, we reserve the right to charge guests for the full duration of the stay, including all applicable taxes and service charges.

 

Due to our high occupancy, we highly recommend to subscribe a travel insurance.

 

The owners of  THE MANDANA accept no responsibility for loss/damage/cancellation or changes caused by major events such as natural disasters, fires, airport closures, employee strikes or any other event out of our control.
