SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY 2021

 

In light of the COVID-19 / Coronavirus situation, we fully understand the concerns around travelling during this time. In these uncertain times, we have amended our cancellation policy; for reservations of stays before December 20th 2021, you can postpone your reservation free of charge, at any time.

IMPROVING HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

 

We are commited to make you feel safe and confortable. We implemented our HygienePass protocol to take care of our guest’s health and safety.

 

* In Room and Reception complimentary hand sanitizer.

 

* Privacy. All our 3 Suites have individual entrance to minimize other guests interaction.

 

*Our size, our best guarantee. We are only 3 Suites sized boutique Villa. This is perfect to keep the perfect privacy and social distancing with our staff and other guests. We aim to avoid hand shacking between guests or staff and keep a safe distance in our service. No more than 8 persons (including the staff) in the whole property at the same time. Contactless payments without need to give and receive physic credit card to pay.

 

* Deep cleaning and desinfection of the rooms after check out. Periodic cleaning and desinfection of common amenities. Public door hadles, tables, chairs and facilities are desinfected every 2 hours.

 

*24 hours gap between guests. After a check out of a suite, we deep clean and desinfect the room to get it ready for next guest arrival. Before that, we keep the room empty during next 24 hours before you check in.

 

* All the staff is provided with the necessary IPE (Individual Protection Equipment) and temp checked before start working. Any worker with more than 36.8º is not allowed to come to work and will stay at home in Lombok.
