It was our Grandfather Pablo Blanco Carazo who started doing Churros in Spain with his brother (Tío Aniceto) around the year 1945. After this, our cousins-grand father (Pablo, Mari and Emilia) continued the tradition dedicating their lives to make Churros in Alcázar de San Juan (town were born Miguel de Cervantes, the writer who wrote Don Quijote de la Mancha story).
After 2 generations of Churro makers, the Churros arrived to Gili Air, in Indonesia in the begining of 2020 with the opening of KIOSKO Café in the begining of the pandemic.
In July 2022 KIOSKO Café extended business with a new branch at the Gili Air harbor. Its name is KIOSKO Churros Factory and is dedicated mostly in our well known CHURROS production and other snacks to take away.
